PERSONAL CONCIERGE, NEW JERSEY (PART-TIME)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will strive to meet or exceed the expectations of the client by providing service beyond expectations.

  • Run errands , such as shopping, taking the clients car for service, waiting in clients homes for vendors, pet care, and more.

  • Requires travel in assigned city and surrounding areas. * Reliable transportation is required.

  • You will be responsible for taking care of our clients’ requests, catering to their needs and expectations and respecting internal policies.

  • Follow up on services rendered and document all request activity to assure client satisfaction.

  • Participate in achieving team goals and offer support to teammates whenever necessary.

  • Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress code, Attendance and punctuality.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Professional demeanor, strong background in and commitment to excellence in customer service.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Prior customer service / assistant experience preferred

  • Familiarity with the hiring city/surrounding area

  • Passion for and demonstrated proficiency in delivering exceptional service consistently

  • Must have valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and reliable transportation

  • Must be comfortable driving client vehicles

  • Problem solving and decision-making skills

Seeking Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for Specialized Support Roles

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

- Education and Licensure:

Active or retired with a current or previous RN license in good standing.

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN/BSN) from an accredited nursing program.

- Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in diverse healthcare settings (e.g., hospitals, clinics, home care).

Experience in patient education, care coordination, or discharge planning is highly desirable.

- Skills:

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and advocate for patient needs.

Competence in reviewing medical records, understanding treatment plans, and identifying potential gaps in care.

- Certifications:

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Additional certifications related to specific areas of expertise (e.g., case management, critical care) are a plus.

- Personal Attributes:

Detail-oriented, empathetic, and patient-focused.

Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Technology Proficiency:

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and email communication.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Qualifications:

- Education and Licensure:

Active or retired with a current or previous LPN/LVN license in good standing.

Graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program.

- Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in patient care settings (e.g., long-term care, outpatient clinics).

Experience with patient follow-up, monitoring, and support services.

- Skills:

Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family interaction.

Knowledgeable in monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and understanding basic care procedures.

Ability to assist with coordinating care, follow-up appointments, and understanding care plans.

- Certifications:

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

- Personal Attributes:

Compassionate, patient, and capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Technology Proficiency:

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

- Education and Certification:

Active or retired with a current or previous CNA certification in good standing.

Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

- Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in direct patient care settings (e.g., hospitals, nursing homes, home care).

Experience in supporting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and providing emotional support.

- Skills:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition and follow care plans accurately.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Certifications:

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

- Personal Attributes:

Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to patient needs.

Empathetic with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Technology Proficiency:

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Position Type: These are on-call or as-needed positions, with work assignments provided as they become available. These are not salaried full-time employment roles, and hours may vary based on the needs of our clients.
